The cost is per person. RESERVATION: The reservation amount corresponds only to the "plan travel" concept mentioned before and is not refundable in case of cancellation. FLIGHT TICKETS: The flight shown in this itinerary is departing from Sofia Airport (SOF) to Cancun (CUN) in economy class with one or two stopovers according to the airline's itinerary and availability. ACCOMMODATION: The images shown in this itinerary are illustrative; the lodging can be modified without prior notice to a similar or superior category in rooms based on double occupancy (shared room) in hotels. VISAS: It is the passenger's responsibility to carry out their documentation in order, passport, visas, and other requirements that the immigration authorities of each country require according to their nationality. The exchange rate is according to the National Bank of Bulgaria based on the payment date. Paypal generates an additional commission of 4.5% for each payment / deposit. PAYMENT CALENDARS: After your reservation, the following payments should make no later than mentioned in the itinerary; otherwise, the service contract will be received as canceled. It is possible to make payments in your travel package up to one month before the excursion start date. CANCELLATION / TRANSFER POLICIES In case of cancellation, the "deposit payment" is not refundable. The package is 100% transferable to another person up to 1 month before the departure of your trip (except for plane tickets), a penalty fee of 50% of the payments will apply in case of cancellation at 30 days, 85% at 10 days, and 100% in case of 5 or less days before the start of the trip. In the event of cancellation for COVID or pandemic restrictions, a touristic credit voucher will be issued for the amount paid, valid for up to 1 year.

The Organizing Travel Agency of the responding trip to the consumer, depending on the obligations that correspond to it for their respective field of travel management, of the correct fulfillment of the obligations derived from the contract, regardless of the obligations that other providers must fulfill themselves of services and without prejudice to the right of the Organizers and Retailers to act against said service providers and always within limits established in these General Conditions and the applicable legislation.
